 » What is overselling?

Overselling is when a provider ofers more than what it can provide. This practice is common in all industries, not only on the web hosting industry. Airlines do it, hotels do it, telecoms providers do it also. Overselling is done on their services knowing that not all clients would show up (in the case of airlines and hotels), or knowing that not all clients would use their systems to its full extent (in the case of telecoms providers and hosting providers too!).

Floro Works does not believe in overselling. Oversold servers results to poor performance, and a crowded server. Floro Works has a strict policy on its server account density. Each hosting package that Floro Works offers has been carefully designed not to oversell and crowd its servers.
